How to Register
Please create a new user account (one account per person) and continue the online procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the Registration Form, participants receive an automatically generated e-mail summarizing their registration.
A password can be reset via the ‘forgotten password’ link on the log-in page. The new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check your spam folder).
LA&HA Symposium 2025 Fees
Payment for the LA&HA Symposium fee must be received in order to confirm your attendance and reserve your seat.
Registrations for which payments have not been received in 10 days, will be automatically canceled and the registration & confirmation process will need to be repeated.

Note: If your accompanying person would like to attend the Symposium sessions, please register them as a participant.
Please be informed that payments must be received no later than the corresponding deadlines (early or general). If the early deadline is missed, the general registration rate will automatically apply.

Important
- Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s).
- All payments must include "FOTONA" in the payment description.
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form.
- VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee.
Confirmation of Registration
Participation at the event is subject to approval by Fotona. You will receive a confirmation email with full details.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of Symposium registration, which must include your full bank account details, must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received no later than April 15th, 2025 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 100 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Symposium. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.
